A south-west-facing slope and 25-year-old vines. This is the foundation for the juicy, ripe little Riesling grapes. We harvest the grapes at over 90 Öchsle – an exceptional figure for this Spätlese. Fermentation is then carried out very slowly under temperature control, ensuring that a delicate sweetness remains in the final wine.

A pale, radiant yellow with distinct green highlights. Delicate fruity notes of apple, peach, honeydew melon and apricot pour from the glass. The lively palate impresses with a pleasant and vibrant sweetness, accompanied by a refreshing acidity.
