Organically farmed vineyards in eastern Rheinhessen, primarily on loess, sand, gravel and clay soils. Traditionally crushed, clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Clarified and bottled after 3 months’ ageing.

A delicate yellow colour with distinct green highlights. Freshness is the order of the day here: crisp green apple, citrus and young peach, complemented by a delicate note of elderflower with subtle hints of minerality.
