This year, the Trio is our anniversary wine – we are celebrating 70 years of organic viticulture. Organically managed vineyards in eastern Rheinhessen. Traditionally crushed, clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Clarified and bottled after 3 months’ ageing.

A pale, sparkling yellow with distinct green highlights. A fragrant, lively opening on the nose with light fruits such as pear, young apple, elderflower and a subtle hint of nutmeg. Refreshing on the palate with an elegant structure.
