Grapes from different Sauvignon Blanc vineyards around the village of Bad Dürkheim. Typical for these vineyards is the quartzite soil: a light and warm terroir. All this leads to a very elegant and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc.

In the nose you will find intense notes of cassis, peach and passion fruit. The taste is fresh, lively and animating.

WINEMAKING
Fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks.

HOW TO DRINK
Pairs well with fish, seafood, Asian dishes or salads. Drinking temperature 8-10 °C. Aging potential at least until end of 2032.
