Our most individual premium wines are made from single vineyards which have proven their quality and special character over the centuries. The vineyards are planted with old vines, the yield is rather low.

The single vineyard Spielberg has been planted manually in der 1970s by senior Pflüger. The soil is characterized by limestone with a thin layer of red sandstone.

Fresh in the very first moment with citric aromes, then juicy and aromatic in the mouth. Elegant, round structure with mineral notes. An amazingly long finish.

WINEMAKING
Handpicked, 6 hours maceration, fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel, long fine yeast contact.

HOW TO DRINK
Pairs well with grilled fish and vegetables or boiled fillet. Drinking temperature 8-10 °C. Aging potential at least until end of 2037.
