WEINGUT MOHR, RHEINGAU
A Thousand & One Flavors – Organic & Vegan Wines from the Heart of Rheingau
In the heart of the legendary Rheingau, Weingut Mohr crafts wines with history, passion, and care. Now led by Jochen Neher and his wife Saynur Sonkaya-Neher in the fourth generation, the estate combines centuries-old tradition with modern, sustainable winemaking.
Our vineyards include some of the oldest vines in the region (since 1934), cultivated organically and with respect for nature. Hand-picked grapes, slow fermentation, and native vineyard yeasts ensure wines of exceptional character and purity. All wines are organic, vegan, and crafted with patience — a true reflection of our dedication to quality.
The Rieslings are fresh, lively, and perfectly suited to Asian cuisine, while our Pinot Noir offers elegant, full-bodied fruitiness with a subtle hint of oak. Each bottle tells a story of heritage, harmony with nature, and refined taste, ideal for modern, cosmopolitan lifestyles.

Our Rieslings are fresh, vibrant, and mineral-driven — a perfect match for Chinese cuisine. They pair beautifully with Shanghai specialties such as steamed river fish, drunken chicken, braised pork belly (hong shao rou), or delicate dim sum, where their lively acidity balances richness and highlights umami flavors.
Our Pinot Noir, elegant yet full-bodied, complements Peking duck, braised beef with soy and star anise, or roasted lamb with five-spice, while its subtle oak notes harmonize with refined textures and layered flavors of contemporary Chinese fine dining.
Each bottle tells a story of heritage, harmony with nature, and refined taste — wines crafted for a modern, cosmopolitan lifestyle in Shanghai and beyond.
