About us
Winery Paul Clauss is located at Domäne Weil, a former royal estate with a long history of agricultural use, situated on more than 50 hectares in a designated landscape conservation area. Today, we cultivate 9 hectares of vines at Domäne Weil and an additional 4 hectares in the nearby wine regions of Esslingen and Untertürkheim (Stuttgart).
Since 2019, we have converted to organic cultivation and run the winery as a family business, where the tradition of viticulture reaches back many generations. Now, with Paul, the estate is led by the 14th generation.
Paul’s vision is to harmonize traditional family winemaking with modern digital cultivation methods in order to produce wines of the highest quality and lasting sustainability.

Products & Services
Our focus lies on Riesling, complemented by Pinot Noir, Muscat Trollinger, Trollinger, Lemberger, Pinot Gris, and several fungus-resistant varieties. In recent years, we have also expanded our sparkling wine production, including the planting of Chardonnay in 2025 specifically for this purpose.
