In 1935, Eugen Muller winery emerged from the Wallbillich barrel factory, with origins dating back to 1767.

Today, Christine and Stephan Muller are the third generation to run the winery. After studying viticulture and oenology in Geisenheim, Stephan 2001 took over the winery.

Riesling plays an important role in Foster's Vineyard because of the variety of soil conditions such as volcanic rock, limestone and basalt.

The soil in which the vines grow is fresh, clear and distinctive - these are the characteristics of our wines. To achieve this, we work in accordance with the guidelines for controlled and environmentally friendly viticulture. Mechanical tillage, environmentally friendly crop protection and grape selection during harvest are just as important as slow cooling fermentation and ripening in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels.
