The Volker Barth winery combines 300 years of family tradition with the strength of a modern, large-scale business. With vineyards in various locations across Rheinhessen — Germany's largest wine-growing region — master winemaker Volker Barth produces a wide range of wines, including elegant reds, fresh whites, fragrant rosés, sparkling wines, and non-alcoholic specialities.

This diverse selection establishes the winery as a reliable partner for discerning customers worldwide, whether for personal consumption or business purposes. Since 2019, the wines have been successfully exported to China, where they represent quality, variety and German craftsmanship. Suzhou Volker Barth Trading Co., Ltd. was established. 

The company is based in the Suzhou Industrial Park Demonstration Area of the Jiangsu Free Trade Zone. It leases temperature-controlled warehouses in Taixing and Suzhou (Jiangsu), as well as in the Ningbo (Zhejiang) JD Bonded Zone. The annual inventory of Volker Barth wines exceeds 100,000 bottles.
