Since 1708, our family has been dedicated to viticulture, pursuing this tradition with heartfelt passion. Our commitment is to produce wines of the highest quality and to preserve them in harmony with nature across generations – through careful hand-harvesting in the vineyards and with patience and time in the cellar.

Our vineyards are located in the top sites of the Nahe and Rheinhessen wine regions. In the vineyard, we rely on cultivation methods that ensure conscientious vinification and give our wines their expressive character.
The wines are marked by their own distinctive style and convincingly reflect their essential attributes: origin, soil, grape variety, and vintage.

Since 1992, we have been proud to be a recognized member of the VDP (Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates) for the Nahe region – standing among the best wine estates in Germany.
Our family now looks back on more than 300 years of winemaking tradition, and we are delighted to see this heritage continue to grow – with Georg Rumpf and his wife Julia, the next generation is already at the helm, leading the estate with strong and united direction.
