Our wine philosophy: Biodynamic, dry, fresh, and fruity estate wines, alongside elegant, mineral-driven single-vineyard wines—crafted with maximum expression and finesse from the region's highest calcareous marl soils.
Committed to organic winemaking since 2004, embracing biodynamic viticulture has been a natural progression for us since 2012. Our ultimate goal is to work in harmony with nature, fostering ideal conditions for grape growth and vitality through healthy soils.
As we celebrate 100 years of win(e)nnovation in 2024, our ambition remains to be pioneers in modern, sustainable viticulture.
Our family winery, certified by DEMETER, ECOVIN, and FAIRCHOICE, takes great pride in our Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. RIESLING - PUR - BIODYNAMIC NATURAL WINE
The Gustavshof PUR is our natural Riesling from the Leckerberg. The vines grow on heavy, calcareous and poor tertiary marl soils and drive their roots a little deeper into the complex soil every year to enrich themselves with its minerality. Thanks to biodynamics and the low number of grapes per vine, the grapes here achieve perfect ripeness and a unique character.
RIESLING - FEINHERB - BIODYNAMIC WINE
Biodynamic Riesling with a subtle residual sweetness, its aroma and flavor reminiscent of a whole fruit basket. Notes of apple, peach, a hint of quince, and even pineapple. The well-buffered acidity from the minerals harmonizes with a touch of sweetness. A Riesling that brings joy!
WÜRZER - GLOBALLY RARE VARIETY
An impressively intense Demeter-certified white wine made from the rare, regionally typical Würzer grape.
It features aromas and flavors of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and lychee, with hints of pineapple and quince. Spicy on the nose, pleasantly intense on the palate, with a vibrant finish.
