Tasting Notes:

A compact bouquet, with subtle yeast notes complementing red and dark fruit—red currant, cherry, rosehip—along with herbal notes and a subtle hint of woody spice. On the palate, it is powerful with a smooth underlying texture, rather composed in character, featuring a ripe, well-structured tannin framework; the volcanic minerality forms the backbone and provides the foundation for further development.
